The service

Regular Reminders sends you a daily email listing the reminders you have saved. It is a convenience. Emails can be delayed, filtered or fail to arrive, so please do not rely on it as your only reminder for anything critical, such as medication or legal and financial deadlines.

Your account

Keep your password private and give us accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Use the service lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or reach other people's data.

Plans, trials and payment

Your content

Your reminders belong to you. You allow us to store them and put them in the emails we send you, and for no other purpose.

Our responsibility

We take care to run the service well, but we provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by an email not arriving or arriving late. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms or stop the service. If we make a material change or end the service, we will email you first. You can stop using the service at any time.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
